This healthy, summer dinner is a beautiful blend of fresh, seasonal flavors. We oven- roast wild -caught sockeye salmon to perfection and finish each generously portioned filet with a miso glaze. Each serving comes with our special slaw--a combination of shredded Napa cabbage, julienned red peppers, scallions, and carrots ready for you to toss with our house made lime ginger vinaigrette that's slightly sweet with a hint of savory. Make a bed of the slaw and place the salmon on top--and dine! What makes this dish one of our favorites is that the salmon is in season and the crispness of the cabbage slaw gets a little extra crunch from the homemade fried wontons we judiciously toss in.
No reheating necessary for this refreshing summer dish...and since this dinner goes light on the carbs, we're adding a fresh baguette for you to enjoy.
