TKLA’s Famous Twice-Baked Potatoes – Jumbo russet potatoes (at least one pound each): Prepared with hot potato combined with cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chopped scallions mixed together and put back into the skins for a second baking to melt the cheese and get the skin crisp. Each portion is an individually wrapped half of a jumbo potato.  (Serves 1)
