Choose from our fall menu or from our
Mexican favorites menu (or mix and match!).
Delivery is made every Saturday by 4:00 pm.
Due to the extended time it takes to make these dishes, please place your TKLA WEEKEND order by 5:00 pm Friday

Our spring weekend menu is back! Choose any number of entrees, sides, salads, and sweets (minimum order is $45). We’re here to help you stay focused on what matters... time with those you love, while staying safe and healthy. All our selections come with heating and serving instructions so you’ll feel like you’re enjoying a home-cooked meal, minus all the work!
SPRING MENU
TKLA Weekend Roast Supper - Whole organic, free-range chicken roasted in a hot oven over pee-wee potatoes. Served with charred green beans and tossed baby lettuce salad with toasted walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette. Serves four.
NEW! Cioppino - We deliver to you the tomato-based broth and iced down fresh clams, mussels, shrimp, and halibut. You simply heat the broth in a big pot, add the fresh fish, and dinner is ready in 10 minutes! Comes with garlic bread to help you completely clean your bowl!
Grilled Lamb Chops - Racks of New Zealand Lamb are cut into individual chops, marinated, and grilled. Gently reheat or serve room temperature dipped into our Mint Dipping Sauce. Choose from either half rack (4 chops) or full rack (8 chops).
Marinated Skirt Steak – Outside skirt steak (the more tender of the two skirts) is marinated overnight. You can order it grilled and sliced by us or you be the grill master! Comes with a pint of our Red Onion Shallot Relish. Each order is two plus pounds of skirt steak. Serves four.
Slow Roasted Baby Back Ribs – Rubbed with our special TKLA spice mix the night before then slow-roasted in the oven. Our house-made barbecue sauce glazes the ribs just before done with plenty of extra sauce provided for you to slather on when you reheat at home. (half rack serves 2, full rack serves 3-4)
TKLA’s Famous Twice-Baked Potatoes – Jumbo russet potatoes (at least one pound each): Prepared with hot potato combined with cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chopped scallions mixed together and put back into the skins for a second baking to melt the cheese and get the skin crisp. Each portion is an individually wrapped half of a jumbo potato.
Mac n’ Cheese - Elbow macaroni mixed with our house-made queso using sharp cheddar cheese, pepperjack, and Velveeta. Choose for two or four.
Mary’s Potato Salad - Grandmother Jones’ Shelbyville, Indiana church pot-luck recipe has passed down to a fourth generation, and is still a staple at every Indy 500 Jones family gathering. Made with Russet potatoes, red onion, celery, chopped egg, sweet pickle relish, mayonnaise and dry and jarred yellow mustard. (serves 4)
Grilled Artichoke –These artichokes get the boiling water treatment before they’re brushed with olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh mint. Before cooking, we trim away the tough outer leaves and snip off those pointy little tips then cut the artichoke in half and remove the hairy choke so you can indulge in the soft tasty part of every tender leaf and the heart! House made aioli provided for your dipping pleasure! You can serve at room temperature or warm in your oven. (2 large halves)
The Best of Spring Vegetables - Asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, and more… are grilled and artfully arranged. You can serve on your own platter or just take the lid off of ours and place it in the middle of the backyard table. (serves 4)
MEXICAN FIESTA
Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas - Corn tortillas are stuffed with poached chicken breast, Mexican cheese blend, and house-made enchilada sauce. More sauce is poured on top along with extra cheese. When warmed in your oven, you’ll have a nice bubbly, brown cheese-y crust. Comes with sour cream and pickled jalapenos on the side. Twelve enchiladas serves two or four.
Grilled Carne Asada – Flank Steak is marinated overnight and then grilled and sliced. Comes with a fresh chimichurri sauce.
NEW! Pork Chile Verde - Pork Shoulder is cubed and seared before being slowly braised with roasted tomatillo, onion, garlic, and poblano chiles. This fork-tender stew comes with white rice to catch all that good sauce.
Grilled Corn Esquites – Corn is first grilled then cut from the cob and combined with mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, epazote, and Mexican spices. Serves four.
Spanish Rice – Garlic, onion, mild chiles, and diced tomatoes are combined with long grain rice - a perfect accompaniment to any dinner. Serves four.
Made-From-Scratch Refried Pinto Beans– ’Nuff said… Serves four.
Bowl of Chips with Fresh Mild Salsa – We fry our own corn tortillas to order and sprinkle them with our special spice mixture as soon as they come out of the fryer. Comes with a 16-ounce container of fresh, mild salsa - add your own hot sauce to give it a kick! Easily serves 4.
Freshly Made Guacamole – Hass Avocadoes, diced red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeno (seeds removed to keep out the heat!) are smushed together to make a delicious guacamole - ready for those chips! Sixteen oz. container.
TKLA’s Famous Queso – Our special blend of cheeses and spices makes for a smooth and delicious cheese dip for chips. You’ll simply reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave. One quart container.
Mexican Caesar – Romaine lettuce, toasted pepitas, hand-torn croutons, and cotija cheese are tossed together. You’ll get a side of creamy lime cilantro dressing to create TKLA’s version of a Caesar Salad. Serves two or four.
THE DESSERTS
Strawberry Shortcake – Fresh macerated strawberries served with a house made shortcake biscuit and whipped cream. Each item comes de-constructed so you can put it together and serve.
