Nick’s Favorite Pasta - Penne with Chicken, Broccoli, Garlic and Parmesan: Boneless, skinless chicken breast is roasted and cubed. It’s then cooked in a pan with a lot of chopped garlic and some chili flakes. It gets tossed with penne and broccoli florets and is finished with a generous amount of parmesan. This was Nick’s all-time favorite meal and asked for it his entire life.

“Caesar to Start” is what Nick always requested in every restaurant that had a Caesar on its menu. Romaine hearts, hand-torn croutons, house-made Caesar dressing, and plenty of parmigiano-reggiano makes this salad a classic.
